Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?
Free ground shipping is available on orders over $99 (pre-tax) shipping within the lower 48 states, provided the total shipment weight is under 30 lbs.

To qualify, Economy Shipping must be selected at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping options unless specifically noted during a promotion.

For orders shipping outside the U.S., please contact us for available shipping options and rates.

I placed an order. When will it ship?
Most orders ship within 3 business days.

Domestic orders: UPS delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment.
International orders: Delivery may take up to 15 business days, depending on destination and customs.

I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
U.S. orders: If it’s been more than 10 business days since your order was placed.
International orders: If it’s been more than 20 business days.

Please contact us with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

International shipping note:
Some overseas shipments may be delayed due to customs processing. Customs policies vary by country, and Pipeline Depot is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or tariffs.

Can I expedite my order?
Yes.

Domestic orders: UPS Next Day Air is available.
International orders: Multiple freight forwarding options are available.

Please note that expedited shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs delays, or other factors outside our control.

To request expedited shipping, leave a comment with your order at checkout or contact us directly.

Sales Tax

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address provided.
