Shipping and Delivery 

How much is shipping? If you are shipping your order within the US, shipping is covered by us for orders above $99.00. Orders under $99.00 will incur charges based on the shipping destination.  Outside of the US, please email us for shipping rates and options.

I placed an order! When will I get it? Once an order is placed, we usually ship it within 3 business days. For domestic orders, UPS delivers shipments in 2 – 5 business days. For international orders, shipments may take up to 15 business days.

I haven’t received my order yet. What’s going on? If you are in the US and it’s been over 10 business days since you placed your order, or if you are overseas and it’s been over 20 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thanks for your patience! A note for international customers: Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the delivery country’s customs. Each customs office is different and we are not responsible for any fees or tariffs.

Can I expedite my order? For domestic orders we offer UPS Next Day Air, and for international orders we offer several freight forwarding options. Please note that these shipping times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee timely delivery due to inclement weather, customs, and other factors out of our control. Sales Tax

Do you charge sales tax?  Sales tax is determined by shipping address, which autopopulate upon checkout.
